We are delighted to announce Ms. Lia Simm as the recipient of our 2020 Fight for Phoebe scholarship!
Ms. Sim is a wonderful choice for the award. Pictured with her sweet dog Oliver, Lia is an avid animal lover and has been an active participant in our local 4-H organization. She also was a member of the SPHS Color Guard for the past 4 years.
Lia will be attending University of California-Davis to study animal biology. We are happy to award her the scholarship and see where the future takes her!
